Hanna Dosenko

photographer, writer

As an artist, Hanna is motivated by the ideals of social justice and resilience, searching for an honest visual expression of one's pain and one's power to make a change. Since 2019, Hanna is based in Turkey, learning from the streets and its people, with an open heart and lens. 

As an educator, she has taught “The Writer as Witness” writing workshops and “Cultural Conflict and Communication” workshops at the University of Groningen (Netherlands), and “Visual Methods in Digital Environments” at the National Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine).


In 2022, Hanna started a Ph.D. in Anthropology at the University of California, Irvine.
